In this project, which Yeşil GYO put into practice to set an example, perhaps more service buildings than any other project were built and recreation areas were provided for the residents to rest and revitalize. Some of these are sports hall, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor basketball court, open basketball / tennis courts, nursery, shopping center, bowling, bicycle paths and green areas.
