In one of the regions of fast developing residential areas of Istanbul, Sancaktepe, Ege Boyu Residences is the project of famous residential developer Sinpaş. Sinpaş defined the general concept as Aegean life style.

Sancaktepe being away from the city center and chaos, formed a good base to develop this concept. Pedestrian oriented design, paths circulating the courtyards of green parks planted by plants of Aegean region, which can naturally grow in Istanbul, defined common areas’ fabric.

17 residential blocks, which are placed in such a way to form neighborhood-scaled spaces, consist of 644 housing units. Besides housing, there are sports, recreation activities and a few shops.
